Bed Bug Remediation In Apartment Buildings
There are a few things worth noting to ensure succeful treatment of apartments:
– If you are relatively certain that the infestation is contained to one unit, great! Localized steam heat is effective and ensures that bugs won’t run to neighboring units.
– If you are unsure how bed bugs entered a unit, or you noticed a sudden influx of many bugs, it might be worth considering the possibility that they traveled through the walls from neighboring units. It’s unfortunate and unfair, but it happens all the time. If multiple neighboring units are infested, it is possible that we may not be your best choice, but if we can’t do it, we will refer you to someone who can.

What You Can Expect
Whether bed bugs have been found in an apartment building, condos, nursing home, rental unit, office building, residential property or even a moving truck, Bite Back can help with our specialized commercial bed bug extermination services. Finding bed bugs in your property can be extremely frustrating, but we are here to make the situation as convenient and painless as possible.
During our initial call, we will discuss your unique situation and more than likely schedule an inspection to determine the nature of the infestation and the space itself. After determining the best course of action, we will schedule a treatment and ask you to follow our preparation list prior to the treatment (note: the preparation list will likely need to be customized for your situation). When we arrive we will answer any questions you may have prior to proceeding. There is no need for anyone to leave the structure for the treatment unless you desire it. Our technician will ask to be shown around and given a more detailed run-down of your specific situation. We will then detail our process and have you sign the service authorization. The technician will then begin our procedure.
When we finish, we will contact you and give a detailed summary of our findings. Your technician will then give you tips on the best methods to ensure you prevent a reinfestation in the future, as well as present any other pertinent information. After the service is complete, things may need to be rearranged, but other than that there will be no sign that we were ever there.
If your organization would like more information on how to prevent bedbug infestations, keep from spreading them or bringing them home, or how to identify bedbugs, we offer consultation for corporate and nonprofit entities. With our consulting service we also help you craft protocols specific to your organization and industry.

Frequently Asked Questions
We are here to make the process as painless as possible. Below are answers to some of the most common inquiries we receive. If you have any further questions, please call us!
How Long Will it Take?
The time it takes to complete a job varies on the size and level of infestation. We can give you a better idea when we arrive for an inspection. For perspective, a standard double-queen hotel room takes approximately two hours. A three bedroom apartment takes around 3-4 hours. Offices and warehouses vary greatly, but call us about your issue and we will give you an estimated timeframe.
Are services Discreet?
Absolutely. We arrive in an unmarked car. We do not wear any insignia on our clothing. If anyone asks what we are doing, we can tell them we are carpet and upholstery cleaners. If you need us to come outside of working hours, let us know and we can accommodate that.
Are There Multi-Unit/Large Job Discounts?
Yes! If we inspect or treat multiple units, we can usually take around 25% off the total cost. The larger the job, the larger the discount!
Can You Treat Certain Items Only?
Of course! We have worked with medical supply companies to treat equipment that was taken out of an infested home. We have worked with junk removal and moving companies to treat trucks and certain items before they haul away. Just ask. The answer is probably yes. If not, we will use our referral network to help find someone who can do it.
